We aim for every customer to be pleased with their Revelle purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. To ensure a positive shopping experience, we encourage you to try on the item/s in your order as quickly as possible to make sure you are able to do returns and/or exchanges within its policy and timeframe.

Couture pieces, accessories and sale items are final sale. Revelle in-store policy varies from our online policy.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased online must be returned with established proof of purchase in unsealed original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, fragrance-free, and with the original way of its attached tags.

Online returns are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within 3 days of receiving the package.

Online returns initiated after 3 days of receiving the package will have a $9.95 restocking fee deducted from your total refund.

The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.

Returns packages must be received back at our mailing address within 10 days from the delivery of your order. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ship the package to us as soon as you receive the return authorization (RA) email.

PLEASE NOTE

In-store returns are not offered. 

Revelle is not responsible for returns that go missing in transit. Please use a traceable postal service as returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer until received by our return department.

We are unable to refund you the shipping cost if you paid for expedited shipping during the original checkout.

If the customer has refused the package by mistake, he/she may request the package to be sent again by paying the shipping cost in advance for the renewed shipment. This cost must be paid even for orders whose shipping was free when ordering.

Due to the unique craftsmanship and exclusivity of our couture pieces, all sales are final.

TO RETURN AN ITEM(S):

Email us at customerservice@revelleshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order mentioning your full name, order number, the item that you would like to return, and the reason.

Our team will email you back within 1-2 days. This will include the shipping instruction details, and a unique return authorization (RA) number to be indicated on the shipping box/package.

Pack your item(s) in its original condition and drop off the package at the nearest designated shipping center.

PLEASE NOTE

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after your return has been delivered and checked by our team. If for any reason you don’t see it, please check with your bank or email us. We only issue refunds to the same payment method you used at the original checkout.

For international returns please make sure to ask the shipping center to provide you with the customs duty form to clearly indicate that it is a returned item.

We are currently offering a free gift with every purchase. If you wish to keep the gift but return your item, please contact us at customerservice@revelleshop.com and our team can provide further instructions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Revelle will happily accept the exchange subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned with established proof of purchase in unsealed original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, fragrance-free, and with the original way of its attached tags.

We will happily pay for the shipping of your exchange order.

Please note that you will be charged the price difference if the newly selected items have a higher price than the original purchase.

We are happy to offer you a store credit (with no expiry date) for your future purchases if the newly selected items have a lower price than the original purchase.

PLEASE NOTE

Couture pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

 

TO EXHANGE AN ITEM(S):

Email us at customerservice@revelleshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order mentioning your full name, order number, the item that you would like to exchange, and the reason. Indicate if a different size or color is needed.

Our team will email you back within 1-2 days. This will include the shipping instruction details, and a unique return authorization (RA) number to be indicated on the shipping box/package.

Pack your item(s) in its original condition and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.

Drop off the package at the nearest designated shipping center. It is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.

In the meantime, we will place the new item on hold until we receive your returned item, and ensure that it is in a returnable condition.

We will ship you the new item/s using a new tracking number once the package is received and checked by our team.

 

STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARDS / PROMOTIONS / SALES

Store credits never expire, unless indicated as such, and they can be redeemed online and in-store on non-sale items.

On-sale items and accessories are not eligible for special promotions.

Gift cards are available and redeemable in-store only.

Couture Pieces, accessories and sale items are final sale.

 

SALES TAX

Any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value as you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details.
