All orders are shipped using UPS, USPS, or Canada Post. Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. The merchandise is insured during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific address of the customer, at which point the responsibility of the purchased goods passes to you. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible.
