Revelle Fashion Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, we will not be able to adjust the price while customers are shopping on our website. Also, requests for adjustments will not be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down at a later stage.

All International orders are shipped using DHL, FedEx or UPS service. Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. The merchandise is insured with DHL during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific address of the customer, at which point responsibility of the purchased goods passes to you. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Due to Covid-19 all delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change.

 

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be resent at the customer’s expense.

Revelle will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Credit Card:

The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.

PayPal:

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal. Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Payment security

All transactions submitted to use are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Revelle Fashion Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in-security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Please note that Revelle Fashion Inc. does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

 Payment Verification:

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Currency:

When possible, Revelle will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

Express & International

All Express and US orders are processed for shipment within 1 business day if your order is placed before 12PM EST. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

During sale periods we endeavor to deliver all orders within our regular delivery times, but due to occasional delays some deliveries may take 1-2 business days longer.

Same day delivery is not available.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your indicated email address. Please be sure to check your spam box.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your indicated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.

We cannot deliver to PO Box or Freight Forwarder addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.

Special Order:

Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size/color is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock in our local warehouses. If the item is regular-priced, you can submit a special order inquiry on the item’s page where it says ‘can’t find your size’ and our Special Orders Department will look into the availability of the item for you. If the item is a sale item, we are not able to re-order it. However, you are able to sign up for a back in stock notification so that you receive an email should the item become available again for any reason.

Authenticity:

Revelle guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 3 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Therefore, please check and try your item/s as soon as you receive it as we only carry merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer.

Revelle clothing is very delicate and experiences normal “wear and tear” over time; please treat all items with care and follow the label care instruction.

Intellectual Property Rights

Graphics, images, design, trademark, software, HTML codes or any other content on www.revelleshop.com belong exclusively to Revelle Fashion Inc. or its affiliates. Use of any content on this website without written permission is prohibited.

User Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you provide us with. By submitting content as photographs, comments, reviews, or any other material through our website or any of our social media, you grant Revelle Fashion Inc. the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute and modify content in any form of media.

In addition, by submitting any of this content on www.revelleshop.com and its social media channels, you also grant us the right to use the name used to generate any type of this content. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable.

Your order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket of wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Promotional Code
  • Promotional codes are only valid in accordance with their terms. They are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative, can only be used once and cannot be used in combination with any other promotional offer.
  • Gift Messaging

Gift messages can be added to your order at check out and are free of charge.

  • We aim for you to be completely pleased with your Revelle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase when it is presented with established proof of purchase in saleable condition. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, please try on the item/s in your order as quickly as possible after it arrives to ensure that you are able to return items within the return policy time frame. Revelle will happily accept a return/exchange subject to the following conditions:
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unperfumed, with an established proof of purchase, and with the original way their tags are attached.
  • Returns are eligible for a full refund if the return request is initiated within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • Returns initiated after 3 days of receiving the package will incur a $9.95 restocking fee deducted from your total refund.
  • We will be only able to offer a store credit if the return request has been initiated after 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Returns must be received back to us within 7 days from the day you receive our email reply to your return request.
  • We are currently offering shipping to Canada and the US only using multiple trusted shipping methods.
  • The cost of shipping any returned items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.
  • Revelle is not responsible for returns that go missing in transit so please use a traceable postal service as returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer until received by Revelle. .
  • We are unable to refund you the shipping cost if you paid for Expedited shipping during the original checkout.
  • If the buyer has refused the package by mistake, he/she may request the package to be sent again by paying in advance the shipping cost for the renewed shipment. This cost must be paid even for orders whose shipping was free when ordering.

How to initiate a return in 3 simple steps. send us an email within 3 days of your order being received, wait for our reply no longer than 2 days, request finalized.

  • Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.
  • Tell us the item that you would like to return/exchange and the reason.
  • Allow 1-2 days for our team to reply back to your email with the approval, shipping back instruction details and a unique Return Authorization number (RA) , please indicate that number clearly on the shipping box/package from the outside while shipping it back to us.

 

Once your return is received and checked by our team, your refund, exchange, or store credit depending on your request will be issued as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 10 days after your return has been delivered for your refund/store credit to be processed.

Refunds will appear in your bank account within 7 business days of us initiating the refund request, if for any reason you don’t see it, please check with your bank or email us. We are only able to offer a refund to the same payment card you used at the original purchase/checkout.

If your order was eligible for a free gift and you have decided to return your order please make sure to return the full order with the gift but if you love to keep it, we will deduct the value of that gift from your total refund.

How to exchange your item?

Please email us within 3 days of you receiving the order to notify us about exchanging your item and what item/size you would like to exchange it.

Our shipping team will email you a prepaid shipping label to use while shipping back the item.

  • In the meantime, we will place the new item on hold until we receive your returned item, and ensure that it is in a returnable condition.
  • Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.
  • If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.
  • Mail your package using one of the following methods:
    1. Drop your package at a UPS/DHL/FedEx/Canada Post location (determined by your return label) The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.
    2. Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily Canada Post/UPS/FedEx/DHL pick-up.
  • We will ship you the new item using a new tracking number once the package is received and checked by our team
Store Credit:
  • Store credits are issued by email
  • Store credit have no expiry date
  • It can be combined with special offers
  • Are issued in case the exchanged items have a lower price than the original order.
  • Store credits are issued if the return request has been initiated after 14 days from the day you receive your order.

We aim for every customer to be pleased with their Revelle purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase, therefore, we encourage you to try on the item/s in your order as quickly as possible to make sure you are able to do returns within its policy and time frame and to ensure a positive shopping experience. Accessories & Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return policy:

Revelle will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unperfumed, in saleable condition, with an established proof of purchase, and with the original way of its attached tags.
  • Returns are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • Returns initiated after 3 days of receiving the package will have a $9.95 restocking fee deducted from your total refund.
  • Returns packages must be received to our warehouse within 10 days from the delivery of your order therefore we kindly ask you to ship the package back to us as soon as you get the reply back from our customer service department.

For international returns/exchange please make sure to ask for the custom duty form at the shipping center and indicate on the form that it is a returned item.

Exchange policy:

Revelle will happily accept the exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unperfumed, in saleable condition, with an established proof of purchase, and with the original way of its attached tags.
  • If you bought from any of our POP-UP locations, please note that exchanges must be done in person within 3 days from the day of your receipt.
  • Please note that you will be charged the price difference if the new item/s you select are higher than the original purchase.
  • We are happy to offer you a store credit (No expiry) for your future purchases if the new items you select to exchange it have a lower price than the original purchase.
  • Special promotions can not be combined with any items on sale.
